This is a delcious gluten free and dairy free Béchamel sauce for your lasagne. This is the Glutafin lasagne recipe.

Ingredients
50g/2oz of butter
600ml of milk
½ tsp of nutmeg
seasoning
Grated cheese (optional)
Method
1. Make the sauce; place the milk, butter and mix into a medium pan, bring everything to the boil whisking all the time until the sauce thickens.2. Season and add a little grated nutmeg, turn the heat down and simmer for 1 minute, if slightly too thick add all little more milk or water.
