Here you and your family can find out more about adapting to a gluten free lifestyle. Our coeliac friend Milly (as seen in picture) is here to make it fun for your child to learn and there is a lot of information for mum and dad to find out what coeliac disease is, what living a gluten free diet means and tips on eating at schools, parties, events such as Halloween, and there is a number of children's gluten free recipes

 

Milly can not eat gluten either and wants to help your child learn more about living a gluten free diet just like she had to. There are a number of games that will help your child understand more about living gluten free and some fun new rules for a gluten free kitchen. 

 

Let your child can learnplay and do some crafts with Milly. Within the coeliac children pages you will find help for all the family and some great tips to help your child eat out gluten free, eat gluten free school lunches or cook gluten free at your home

 

There are a number of delicious gluten free foods available for your child to try. Pizza bases, cheese crackers, delicious pasta, fresh bread and biscuits such as custard creams.
