This Glutafin Select Seeded loaf changed its recipe in 2010 and has a specially chosen combination of tasty sunflower, linseed, millet and poppy seeds to provide healthy ingredients for your gluten free diet. As well as being high in fibre, it is lactose free, a source of calcium and folic acid.

# Contains gluten free wheat starch which complies with the internationally agreed criteria for gluten free foods so suitable for a gluten free diet (Codex Alimentarius).

Water, wheat starch, rice flour, seed blend: sunflower seed (2.2%), linseed (2.2%), millet seed (1.1%), poppy seed (0.8%); thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, guar gum; cellulose, vegetable oil and fat, soya protein, vegetable fibre, millet flour, yeast, rice starch, quinoa flour, salt, sugar, calcium citrate, honey, folic acid.

I also love this bread toasted for breakfast with honey on. It doesn't even feel like I'm having gluten free as it's so delicious.
