For both beginners and experienced cooks we strongly recommend our Glutafin Select Multipurpose White Mix. This flour mix have been designed to replicate standard white flours and you can use it in the same way that you would use normal flour, essentially in any of your gluten free baking. It is also good sources of both calcium and folic acid. The mix can be used to bake bread in your oven, or bread machine, biscuits, scones, batters, pastries, sauces...it really is multi purpose.
We recommend using this white mix for Yorkshire puddings! It also contains a sachet of yeast to help you make freshly baked white loaves!

Had a box of multi purpose mix included in my first prescription and have just made a Victoria sponge using the recipe on the box - brilliant. That was not only my verdict but also that of my wife and friends.
I shall be looking to do more with this mix - a regular feature of my prescription from now on.

Diagnose coeliac in October 2011. Bought expensive breadmaker and tried making a loaf myself using the rice flour from ASDA - major disaster. Tried the Free From bread - tiny slices, but okay toated. Then I got the Glutafin White mix on prescription to try. I followed the bread recipe ono the packet and made my first SUCESSFFUL loaf in the bread machine. It was FANTASTIC. I've videoed that moment for posterity. The white mix is awesome and I can't wait to try the others too.
Twenty years a Coeliac and this is the best mix ever to bake with. Thanks very much. I need more!
