Hello.
This is the best gluten free bread I have tasted in 4 years!! I make it in a breadmaker on the gluten free setting.
Any hints on preserving its freshness for longer than 2 days? I now freeze half the loaf but it isn't quite the same as when fresh.
I find I can add fruit or seeds to the mixture to vary it a little.
Thank you, Glutafin.
