In 2010 we made some big changes to our Select Fresh Loaves. Bigger, softer and tastier than before, they’re also ready to eat straight from the bag – no need to refresh! Not only that, they’re high in fibre, a source of calcium and folic acid for strong bones and a healthy gut, and are lactose free.



Our Fresh bread is available as a White or Brown loaf. Both are soft and tasty, are high in fibre and a source of calcium for strong bones and folic acid for a healthy gut. The Select Fresh Brown Loaf has additional seeds and nutrients compared to other gluten free loaves, such as sunflower seeds, omega 6 fatty acids, magnesium, selenium, and linseed, which is an important vegetarian source of omega-3. They all help maintain a healthy heart, bones, gut and overall health.

Our Fresh breads do contain codex wheat starch which is at a level where people with coeliac disease can consume unlimited amounts of the foods and should no longer cause problems for sensitive individuals. However, sensitivity to gluten varies and should be assessed on an individual basis by a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. It may be that your dietitian will advise you to eliminate wheat starch from the diet if co-existent wheat sensitivity is suspected.

Im so glad I discovered your fresh brown bread. They are the tastiest gluten-free loaves by a mile - they make perfect sandwiches. Also, I love the extra-thick crusts which make delicious bruschettas.
